Terms and conditions of sale<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Knowledge and acceptance<\/strong>
    The customer is deemed to know and accept these terms and conditions when ordering products from AGRIPUR srl. A translation in the customer's language will be provided on request.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Order Confirmation<\/strong>
    A sale is considered final only after written confirmation has been sent by AGRIPUR srl. Our agents and representatives are not authorised to bind our company.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Reservation of Ownership<\/strong>
    Products remain the property of AGRIPUR srl until full payment. The risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery. Our representatives are not authorised to receive payments.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Place of Sale and Transport<\/strong>
    Sales are deemed to be made in Sombreffe. Goods are considered to be sold and approved on departure and travel at the risk of the recipient, even in the case of carriage paid or CIF. Damage occurring en route is the responsibility of the buyer, who must take action against the carrier.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Terms of payment<\/strong>
    Payment is to be made by bank transfer within 30 days of the end of the month from the invoice date. In the event of non-payment, a reminder will be sent before formal notice is served and charges invoiced. Interest of 12% per annum will be charged from the due date. AGRIPUR srl reserves the right to suspend deliveries and terminate the contract in the event of non-payment.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Purchases under \u20ac50<\/strong>
    All purchases under \u20ac50 must be paid for before delivery.<\/p><\/li>

  7. Claims<\/strong>
    All claims must be made by registered letter within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no complaint will be accepted. Payment for goods may not be suspended on the grounds of a complaint.<\/p><\/li>

  8. Guarantee<\/strong>
    Our products carry a three-month guarantee from the date of delivery. In the event of failure, we will replace or renew the product, without extending the initial warranty. The warranty is valid only if the products are kept in accordance with the rules established by AGRIPUR srl, in particular by storing them away from light and at a temperature below 20\u00b0C. AGRIPUR srl declines all responsibility for damage caused to crops, animals or people resulting from the use or storage of our products.<\/p><\/li>

  9. Confidentiality and Data Protection<\/strong>
    Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with current data protection legislation. AGRIPUR srl undertakes not to divulge this information to third parties without the customer's consent.<\/p><\/li>

  10. Force Majeure<\/strong>
    AGRIPUR srl shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes or transport interruptions.<\/p><\/li>

  11. Limitation of liability<\/strong>
    AGRIPUR srl liability is limited to direct damages and does not cover indirect, consequential or immaterial losses. In any case, the total liability of AGRIPUR srl shall not exceed the total amount of the order.<\/p><\/li>

  12. Modification of the Conditions<\/strong>
    AGRIPUR srl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are published on our website or communicated to the customer.<\/p><\/li>

  13. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong>
